As we prepare for the upcoming GynoUS Conference, we warmly invite you to contribute to this vibrant exchange of knowledge by submitting your interesting cases.

Your research and insights are invaluable to our shared mission of advancing the field of gynecological ultrasound. We encourage you to take this opportunity to showcase your work among esteemed peers, fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Key Dates – Interesting Case Submission

  • 1st March 2026: Case submission opens
  • 31st March 2026: Last date for case submission
  • 15th April 2026: Notification of selected cases


Selection & Presentation

  1. The top five cases will be selected by the scientific committee.
  2. The selected presenters must present their cases in person during the conference.
  3. Presenters are required to deliver their case presentation on May 3rd, 2026, between 8:00 and 9:00 AM


Case Eligibility & Content Guidelines

  1. The submission must feature a rare, interesting, or diagnostically challenging case relevant to gynecological ultrasound.
  2. The case must have a known and confirmed outcome, such as surgical findings, histopathology, clinical diagnosis, or follow-up outcome.
  3. Submissions should clearly demonstrate the ultrasound findings that contributed to diagnosis and management.
  4. Key learning points from the case must be clearly stated.


Submission Format

  • Cases must be submitted in PowerPoint (PPT) format, limited to a maximum of 5 slides.
  • The presentation may include relevant images, annotated figures, and short video clips (if available).
  • Each submission must clearly mention:
    • Title of the case
    • Name(s) of author(s)
    • Name of the presenting author
    • Email ID
    • Institutional affiliation (hospital/clinic, city, country)


Submission Process

  1. The completed PPT must be emailed to [email protected] (same email address as abstract submission).
  2. Please use the email subject line: “Interesting Cases – GynoUS 2026” .


Confidentiality & Declaration

  1. Presenters are fully responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality.
  2. All identifying patient information must be removed from images, videos, and text.
  3. By submitting a case, you authorise the organisers to use the presentation during the conference and to record the presentation if required, for educational or promotional purposes related to Gynecology Academy


Important Notes

  1. Each participant may submit one case only.
  2. Submissions without a confirmed outcome or with incomplete information will not be considered.
  3. The decision of the scientific committee shall be final.
