This is a focused, 3-month, surgical video-based learning program designed for gynecologists and gynecologic oncology trainees who wish to gain a deeper understanding of surgical procedures used in the management of gynecological malignancies involving the ovaries, endometrium, cervix, and vulva.
This course includes 20 high-quality videos of surgeries performed by Dr. Somashekhar, each accompanied by expert voice-over narration highlighting the key surgical steps, techniques, and learning points.
Certificate of Participation which will be issued after successful completion of all self-assessments.
This course is ideal for practicing gynecologists and gynecologic oncology trainees who wish to learn and observe the steps and techniques involved in gynecological oncology surgeries.
Dr. Somashekhar S. P. is an oncological surgeon with extensive experience in gynecological oncology. He is a pioneer in advanced oncological surgery and has trained hundreds of oncology graduates across the globe in surgical techniques, particularly robotic surgery, as well as HIPEC and PIPAC.
He has lectured in more than 50 countries and holds several global leadership positions and editorial roles. He has contributed his surgical videos to this course, with voice-over narration provided either by him or by Dr. Esha R. Shanbhag, a gynecologic oncologist working with him.
