Infertility that was considered a subspecialty of Gynecological practice, has now become a part of the everyday practice for gynecologist. This module is designed to impart complete knowhow of infertility management to obstetrician and gynecologist. Lectures are designed to cover all the practical tips to master infertility management and also includes scientific basis and explanation for each point. Starting right from the counselling of infertile couples, hormonal investigations, ultrasound monitoring, ovulation induction protocols, details of intrauterine insemination, ovum pick up and embryo transfer and luteal phase support are all included in this module. It also covers the commonest complications of fertility treatment like ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and recurrent pregnancy loss. That makes it a complete course for Obstetrician and gynecologist to start a successful infertility practice.

Doctors with Diploma/ Post graduate degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology or post graduate students of Obstetrics and Gynecology, intending to practice infertility are ideal candidates.The candidate should have primary practical knowledge of ultrasound.

- This 6-month online course is a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of Infertility. This includes basic and advanced training in the subject.
- The course includes every aspect of infertility practice starting from counselling, assessment, intrauterine insemination, in-vitro fertilisation including ultrasound and doppler monitoring of treatment cycles.
- The lectures include up to date literature with latest evidences and also contain original research results of the faculties.
- There is self-assessment at the end of every lecture to test knowledge acquired.
- Access to online lectures for an extended period of time to allow self-paced learning and revision of talks and videos for in-depth learning.
- Facility for answering questions and clarification of doubts on material provided is also available.
- Online image submission of images for assessment for ultrasound related lectures is a requisite for those opting for Certificate of Completion.
- In addition, we have an optional online exam test at the end of the course (usually at the end of 5th month or 6th month), to certify the student has sound understanding of Infertility management and is a pre-requisite for Certificate of Competence.
- Alumni webinars are typically held every two months. During these sessions, alumni doctors present on various topics, enriched by inputs from faculty and fellow alumni doctors. Even after completing your course, you can continue to access and participate in these webinars at Gynecology Academy.
- Upon joining the complete course, you become part of the WhatsApp group of alumni and faculty. In this group, challenging cases encountered by alumni are discussed, and information about updates and upcoming events is shared. You will remain a member of this group even after completing your course.
- The faculty have recently started adding links to resources and articles for each talk. These suggested learning materials are designed to further enhance and support your knowledge on the topic. They may be updated and altered by the faculty based on the latest evidence-based information. Those enrolled in the course can access these resources, and this access continues even after completing the course.

"I am into clinical practice since 1996. I did almost 13 courses till date (out of these 3 were related to infertility). Even then I was not able to justify the management of infertile patients. I used to ask my colleagues and have done so many unnecessary things without any success and evidence. All these things added to my frustration only.

Dr. Panchal and Dr. Nagori explain the basic physiology, colour Doppler, and other topics in detail and in a very simplistic way. Their teaching is self-explanatory. Now I have become more confident in selecting the proper patients, their counselling and giving proper treatment.
I stopped using clomiphene, HMG, metformin, myoinositol and many other irrational drugs. I also stopped doing FSH, LH, AMH and only rely on TSH, Prolactin and sometimes Progesterone. I am more confident in using gonadotropins and giving trigger at a very appropriate time due to better understanding of Doppler and use of 3D USG. My centre’s IUI results have improved.
I highly recommend this course without any doubt. One request to the participant is that they should watch all the 23 videos at least 3 times before implementing into practice. The lectures are so powerful that you learn new things after every viewing.
