Fetal intracranial cysts are detected due to their anechoic nature. Once seen, one should be able to assess the plane or structure from which they arise. Their size, shape, presence of luminal blood flow and associated findings aid in the correct diagnosis. Multiplanar neurosonography is the bedrock of imaging and is supplemented by MRI. This webinar deals with the ultrasound approach to a fetal intracranial cyst.
