As we prepare for the upcoming GynoUS Conference, we warmly invite you to contribute to this vibrant exchange of knowledge by submitting your abstract.

Your research and insights are invaluable to our shared mission of advancing the field of gynecological ultrasound. We encourage you to take this opportunity to showcase your work among esteemed peers, fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Key Dates – Abstract Submission:

  • 1st February 2026: Abstract submission opens
  • 15 March 2026: Last date for abstract submission and deadline for presenting author registration
  • 15 April 2026: Notification of selected abstracts


Topic Categories for Abstract Submission:

  1. Uterine pathology: Including pathologies of the endometrium and myometrium
  2. Adnexal masses: Ovarian and other adnexal masses
  3. Pelvic pain: Including any pathology known to cause acute or chronic pelvic pain, such as endometriosis, torsion, PID, etc.
  4. Pregnancy-related disorders: Including all types of ectopic pregnancy, retained products of conception, and gestational trophoblastic disease
  5. Ultrasound-guided procedures (diagnostic and therapeutic)
  6. Pelvic floor assessment
  7. Ultrasound in labour


Instructions for Abstract Submission:

  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the official abstract submission system, which will open on 1st February 2026.
  • Submissions by fax, email, or courier will not be accepted.
  • A maximum of four abstracts may be submitted per author.
  • Abstracts must describe original work.
  • Abstracts that have already been published elsewhere cannot be submitted.
  • The total length of the abstract must not exceed 400 words, including the title, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Each abstract must include a title and should be structured using the following subheadings:
    • Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Case reports do not require subheadings.
  • Please select the most appropriate topic category from the drop-down menu provided and ensure it best matches your abstract.
  • Authors: Full names of all authors must be included, with correct spelling verified at the time of submission. No changes will be permitted after the submission deadline. The presenting author must be clearly identified and must complete registration by 15th March 2026.
  • Affiliations: Each author’s affiliation should be listed, including the institution name and location (city, state/province, and country).
  • Disclosures: You will be required to complete the relevant disclosure information as part of the submission process.
  • All sections of the abstract submission form must be completed. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
  • Upon successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent. Kindly retain this email for your records.
  • The top six abstracts will be selected for oral presentation on 2nd May, between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
  • Notifications regarding abstract decisions will be communicated by 15th April 2026.

Recording of Presentations

By submitting an abstract, you authorise the organisers to record your presentation (if accepted for oral presentation). These recordings may be displayed on the Gynecology Academy website and may also be used for educational or promotional purposes.
